Delete your ServiceBook account

Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Open the ServiceBook app and log in with your mobile number.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, read what will be deleted, and confirm.
Business owners must type DELETE to confirm.
Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can't use the app, send an email to servicebookofficial@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my ServiceBook account" and include:
- The mobile number registered in ServiceBook
- Your name and business name
We will confirm the request with you through the registered mobile number and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
| Account type | Deleted |

| Business owner | Your profile and login, and the whole business: all service items and their device photos, service calls, to-do reminders, history logs, notifications, SMS packs (including any unused SMS balance) and customer message logs. Staff members are removed from the business. |
| Employee | Your profile and login. Service items, service calls and to-dos you created belong to the business and are kept for the business owner. History entries may still show your name. |
What is kept
Nothing. Once deleted, the data above is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
